SINOMACH-HI INTERNATIONAL Organizes Legal Training Session to Promote Compliance with Risk Control Requirements
On September 13, SINOMACH-HI INTERNATIONAL EQUIPMENT CO.,LTD. organized a legal training session. The training was chaired by Bao Jibing, the Director of the Risk Control Committee, and attended by SINOMACH-HI INTERNATIONAL leadership, all business personnel, documentation staff, and procurement personnel.
The training invited Attorney Zhong Wenming from Jiangsu Yongchuang Law Firm. The theme of the session was a detailed explanation of contract clauses and the four levels of contract review. Attorney Zhong comprehensively explained practical aspects of contract law, focusing on the necessary clauses within a contract text, points to consider for each clause, and potential legal risk areas. He supplemented his presentation with real-life cases he had personally handled and shared his experience in reviewing and mitigating contract risks with the attendees.
As part of SINOMACH-HI INTERNATIONAL's "Eighth Five" for legal awareness efforts, this training session also serves as an important component of the company's Risk Control and Compliance Promotion Month activities. It played a proactive role in enhancing employees' understanding of contract risks and improving their ability to draft and review contracts.
