SINOMACH-HI Successfully Exports New Energy Loaders to Open Up New International Markets

On February 17, 2025, a successful business sharing session was held in the Digital Marketing Department of the International Company. Bao Jibing, General Manager of the Company's Project Operations Department, provided a detailed introduction of his customer case at the Canton Fair. The $400,000 new energy order marked the group's first export of new energy loaders and signified the beginning of SINOMACH-HI's new energy construction machinery entering the international market. This move not only responded to the national call for the vigorous development of clean energy but also provided an important opportunity for the company to explore innovative development paths.

 

After the exhibition, Bao Jibing actively accompanied the customer to visit several suppliers and related domestic cases. For example, he led the customer to visit a port to showcase the actual operation of 20 five-ton new energy loaders. Through on-site data, the customer gained a thorough understanding of the significant cost advantages of new energy vehicles compared to traditional fuel vehicles. While further investigating the local market conditions, Bao Jibing conducted an in-depth analysis of the power infrastructure and equipment usage scenarios in Africa. Despite the traditionally unstable power supply in Africa, the customer chose electric loaders because of the inconsistent quality of local fuel, poor social security, and the risk of fuel theft. In particular, industries such as palm oil, cotton, and food have high requirements for equipment safety and cleanliness. To better control costs, the project team also selected cost-effective transportation methods. Since roll-on/roll-off ships are more expensive and railway transportation of hazardous materials has stricter requirements than maritime transport, the project team worked closely with the Changlin factory to redesign auxiliary components such as fixed handrails and adopted a bolted connection method to meet the requirements of container transportation. The team also drew on industry packing cases to ensure that the six-ton loaders could be smoothly loaded into containers.

 

Additionally, to ensure the normal operation of the new energy loaders, the project team also provided charging piles and related cables. In response to local power regulations, the team thoroughly investigated requirements such as the concrete pre-embedding of charging piles, the distance of power connection, and voltage levels, and detailed the cost per meter of cable (reaching 400 RMB) to ensure overall project cost control. Given the significant differences between new energy products and traditional products in terms of connectors, gearboxes, and transmission systems, the company also dispatched service personnel to assist the customer in receiving the equipment, verifying the feasibility of the first packaging, and ensuring that the equipment's cruising capability met the customer's requirements. Throughout the transportation process, due to varying requirements for batteries and transportation conditions at different Chinese ports, the project ultimately chose Changzhou Port as the shipping port and successfully completed the shipment. Changlin Company worked closely together, promptly responding and collaborating with the battery manufacturer to complete the relevant report certification within 15 minutes, providing significant support for the successful completion of the order.

 

The success of this order not only demonstrated SINOMACH-HI's strength in the new energy field but also laid a solid foundation for the company's future expansion in the global market.
