SINOMACH-HI INTERNATIONAL Organizes Staff Family Open Day for Children's Day

On the occasion of Children's Day on June 1st, to express warm care towards employees and their families and to ensure that the children of employees enjoy a pleasant, memorable, and meaningful festival, SINOMACH-HI INTERNATIONAL organized a Staff Family Open Day on May 31st. Over ten employees and their families participated in the event.

Representatives from the Changzhou branch of the company's party committee and trade union conveyed blessings and expectations to the children and parents present at the event. At the scene, employees acted as guides, leading their families on a tour of the company, introducing its development history, main business projects, and social responsibilities undertaken.

In a spacious and bright conference room, the children performed the song “Digging and Digging”, expressing gratitude for their parents' selfless dedication. Representatives from the Changzhou branch of the party committee and trade union distributed gifts to the children, interacted with them, and sent holiday wishes. The little ones worked together with their parents to complete a LEGO game titled "I am a Little Engineer," where they fully utilized their imagination to decorate construction machinery, demonstrating a positive and upward spirit. Afterwards, everyone gathered around a cake to make wishes, lighting up their hearts with hope.

The children also had the opportunity to understand their parents working environment, experiencing responsibility and commitment firsthand. Instant photos captured the warm moments as the kids held hands with their parents, adding a touch of tenderness to the scene. Sightseeing vehicles took the employees families and children into the front lines, where they jointly visited workshops and product exhibition areas. Tour guides helped everyone learn about safety knowledge, explained the significance and high-tech aspects of engineering and construction machinery, allowing the children to experience operating the machinery.

With love, we care for children; with heart, we nurture growth. This activity increased intimate interactions between employees and their children, building a “bridge of hearts" between the company and its staff, significantly enhancing the sense of happiness and belonging among employees. The company will further promote employee care activities, striving to expand the space for employee happiness, endeavoring to improve the happiness index of employees from multiple aspects, inspiring everyone to work with enthusiasm and dedication towards contributing to the company's high-quality development.
